The cup is very distinct, and you can seek out some sweet, mild fruit in the wet aroma, with syrupy malt sweetness (C+ roast). The cup has a buttery body, and as I already said, a striking balance between sweet and pleasant "coffee bittering" favors. I like this coffee roasted at a medium light roast to bring out the beans flavor. Its also good at darker roasts and has a smooth full flavor with a slight edge in the bitter range. Excellent!
