Guatemalan: This coffee has a spicy flavor with a fair amount of acidity, and can be quite strong. Our Guatemalan coffee is light roasted and ideal as a morning or dessert coffee.Brewed in your normal fashion this is a very mild smooth cup. It can be kicked up to a strong coffee but its still smooth. Milder than our Colombian.
